Handstand Walk x 10-15 Meters
Bridge-Ups x 6 reps of 10 second holds
V-Up x 10-12 reps
Wall squats x 10 reps

Strength
Find a 3 rep max overhead squat in 15 mins

WOD
Six rounds for time of:
400 meter run
75/50kg. Squat Snatch x 3 reps
Pull-Ups x 15 reps

Sunday

Oly Development
Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy snatch.

Take 15-20 minutes to build to a heavy Clean & Jerk

Strength
Five sets of:
Back Squat x 1 rep
Rest as needed
Build over the course of the five sets to a “heavy” single.
