Hey Crossfitters,

As you may or may not know Crossfit Kids has been successfully up and running in Blackrock since February with a great group of kids who would definitely give a few of the adults a run for their money with their spotless techniques!

With the school summer holidays fast approaching and with parents amongst you, looking for ways to keep the little ones active and healthy over the break, we are delighted to announce our first Crossfit Kids Summer Camp…..

The emphasis of the camp will be to make children faster, stronger, fitter and more confident and capable, whilst doing it in a fun-filled group environment, so that they want to do it, again & again! Time will also be spent around the snack break chatting through proper nutrition and how certain foods can help them grow and stay healthy.

Crossfit Kids Summer Camp Details:

WHAT: Crossfit Summer Camp for boys & girls aged 6-12yrs

TIME: 8.30am-12.30pm- Drop them on the way to work, pick them up at lunch..Perfect!

WHEN: Monday 13th – Friday 17th August

WHERE: Crossfit Dublin, Sweetman Avenue, Blackrock

COST: €95 per child for the 5 day week

HEALTHY SNACK: Kids will be provided with a healthy snack each day such as Smoothie, fruit Salad, which will be supplied by Fruitfella’s, fresh from the morning markets! Check them out www.fruitfellas.ie

At Crossfit Kids Summer Camp, Kids will participate in gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and strength combined with fun workouts and games!

Rest 3:00 Minutes
5 Minutes of the following:
5 HSPU
10 Lunges
20 Double Unders
Rest 3:00 Minutes
5 Minutes of the following:
5 Front Squat @ moderate weight
10 Step Down Box Jumps 20/18
20 doubles unders
Rest 3:00 Minutes
5 Minutes of the following:
5 Ring Dips or Hand Release Push Ups or Regular Push Ups
10 Air Squats
Run 100 Meters
