Physiotherapy Services Update

We are proud to announce the following update to our physiotherapy services here at Crossfit Dublin.

We have recently completed the treatment room in Sir John Rogerson’s quay, and Albert our Chartered Physiotherapist is available for appointments on Wednesdays in Sir John Rogersons quay, in addition to his current availability each day in CFD Blackrock.

If you have a niggling injury or pain that needs to be addressed, then Albert will be able to help you address the cause and resolve the issue. He has helped numerous CFD clients to move beyond injury or mobility restrictions, and offers a 15% discount to our CFD members.

Nadime Abhrams is our new dedicated In-House Masseuse.

We would also like to announce that Albert has secured the services of Nadime Abhrams, master masseuse – to Crossfit Dublin.

Massage is a powerful therapeutic technique which has numerous benefits for wellbeing and sporting performance. (see attached

Nadime Abhrams, a native of South Africa has countless years of experience as a masseuse, and even was personal masseuse of Nelson Mandela while working in Sante Wellness South Africa!!

Additional to his work in Sante Wellness in Paarl, and The Hydro Spa in Stellenbosch he has also worked at the Stellenbosch Rugby club, and the Stormers Rugby club in Cape Town. Since moving to Ireland Nadime has worked with Blackrock RFC for several seasons. He is a thorough professional and excellent masseuse

He will bring an added dimension to Albert’s practice, and the services at CFD, offering sports massage & deep tissue massage. He incorporates a Reflex & Indian head massage as part of his own signature treatment.

Nadime is available Tuesday & Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning in CFD Blackrock. The fee for half hour massage is €35, and for a full hour is €60
