Briggi’s constant attendance has paid off as she has been making huge progress recently including getting pull ups!

1> Where are you from?
Im from Budapest, Hungary
2> When you’re not at Perpetua what do you do for work and for fun?
Looking after my daughter, walking my dog / both work and fun
3> How did you find out about CrossFit?
My husband started to show me little bits
4> How long have you been a member at Perpetua?
About 5 months
5> Why do you do CrossFit?
I feel great after a class, when I feel my heart pumping in my head
6> How often do you train?
4 or 5 times a week
7>What are your fitness goals?
Double unders, snatch
8> What is your greatest achievement?
Four consecutive strict pull ups
9> What or who motivates you?
My daughter Nellie, who is the biggest hero I have ever known
10> What is your favourite and least favourite WOD or movement?
Favourite is pull up, obviously cos I waited for so long to be able to do one, the least favourite is snatch or overhead squat
11>Would you recommend CrossFit to your friends and family? What advice would you give them starting out?
Yes, I already recommend it, it’s just a question of time. My advice would be: just one more rep

14>Bonus question: Most memorable or funniest moment at Perpetua?
My first pull up, I told the just the coach quietly ”I think I can do pull up” because I didn’t want to make a big deal and of course I ended up showing it in front of the whole class
