Tina taring up wod no 4 at this years european regionals.

Just like to say thanks again from me and tina for all the support and you guys that made it along to the games , you brought the noise , ahh yeah.It was a amazing experience and coming away from the event i have one thought that keeps popping up in my head , “I want to be better !!”.

Testing week

A1. Back Squat  5,3,3,1,1,1; rest 2 min

A2.Strict Pull up 3-4 reps; rest 2 min

Met con:
5 sets:
10 unbroken CTB chin ups
40 squats
rest 3 min

If you break in the ctb pulls ups make sure to log how you broke them up.
