Four sets of:
A. DB Split Squat x 6-8 reps each leg @ 30X1
Rest 2 minutes

A1.Supinated Grip Pull-Ups x 4-6 reps OR pull progression
Rest 2 minutes

AMRAP in 6 minutes of:
12 Wall Balls 24/16kg
9 Box jumps 24″/20″
6 TTB
