Four sets of:
Front Squat 3-4 or 6-8 reps @ 30X1
Rest 60 seconds
Ring Push-Ups x Max Reps
Rest 60 seconds

B.
3 sets for max reps of:
45 seconds of Burpees
15 seconds of Rest
45 seconds of Anchored Sit-Ups
15 seconds of Rest
45 seconds of wall balls 10/6kg
