Rest 60 seconds
A1-Ab-Wheel (or barbell) Roll-Outs x 8-10 reps @ 3020
Rest 2 minutes

WOD

Three rounds for time of:
12 Hang Power Cleans 60/40kg
12 Alternating pistols
30 Double-Unders

level 1 – 45/30kg,20doubles attempts

level 2 -30/20kg , 10 attempts
