Kipping pull workshop this Saturday 16th 11.30 City Centre

This one-day workshop is designed to improve teach/tweak/improve the kipping pull up. Participants will gain a better knowledge of basic gymnastic movement. Should you fail to meet the requirements to take part in this workshop please email me direct and I will give you a program designed to improve your strict pull ups.

Requirements: 3 x Strict pull up’s (This is in place for injury prevention)

Workout of the Day
A- Take 15 minutes to build to a 1-RM Clean & Jerk

B- Five rounds for time of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40
10 Toes to Bar
20 Double-Unders
