Great work to every one who made it in for our favorite benchmark wod Fran , it was great to see alot of new PB,s, desire and a real honest effort.Its also good to see form a coaching point that the programming at CFD is working and helping people achieve the goals and some.I posted this PDF yesterday but just incase you missed it here it is again.CFD programming philosophy
