Paleo Update

Well the day has almost arrived.  After  Thursday the , the Paleo Challenge will officially be done with.  We’ll have a lot more to say about this in our wrap-up post on next Saturdays, but for now here are the thing you need to know:

  • The Paleo Challenge ends Thursday, March 31 at midnight.
  • The Paleo Challenge workout will be Saturday, april 2ndat 10.30am.  If you can’t make it on Saturday, feel free to do the workout on  Friday.
  • The current Paleo Challenge workout standings will be posted to next mondays blog .
  • The overall male winner and female winner will be evaluated based on a formula that takes into account how they fared on the two workouts and how much improvement they showed from workout 1 to workout 2.

All for now.  Congratulations to everyone who’s made it this far!
