(work on shoulder mobility while resting)

B handstand hold for as long possible –perfect form –locked out elbow – heels only against the wall-chin to chest
Rest 20 secs

B1 one arm kettle bell swing – 10each arm
Rest 20 secs

B2 30 anchored sits ups
Rest 2mins
