20 unbroken pull ups
20 unbroken double unders
20 unbroken wall balls
everytime you break in the middle of pull up’s and wall ball’s do 5 kb swings as a penelty M:24 F:16

also 10 burpees every round for doing singles . this is to encourage double unders
