Suggested Loading: 1@ 85% 1RM, 10@ 75-80%, 1@ 90-100+%, 20@ 65-70%, 1@ 85-100+%, 30@ 50-60% 1RM

Schedule change: From Monday 11th of October there will be a 5.30 class
