This video is to promote the crossfit Dublin rugby Strength and Conditioning Division

With a combination of crossfit and programming from Michael Price this will take your game to a new level guaranteed.

leinster rugby have decided to use what we do here to  bring their players on the injured list back to match fitness quicker than playing 3 to 4 games in the reserves .We can simulate rugby movments and game intensity into our workouts which work well for this purpose.

The session runs twice a week  in season and three off season.
