A1 Shoulder Press 5-4 x 4 ; rest 60sec
A2 Pull Up 4-5 x 4; rest 180sec

Workout of the Day:
4 rounds
300 run
15 unbroken pull ups
15 unbroken push ups
15 unbroken sit ups
everytime you break in the middle of a unbroken exercise do 5 kb swings as a penelty M:24 F:16
