Gregg , and the CFD Team are  are competing in The SICFIT London Throwdown this Saturday/Sunday. To follow them:

Workout of the day:

Fitness test @ 9.15

10 rounds for time
500 m row
15 burpees

Time limit – M35 mins F 40

8.30- 11.30 class
Workout of the Day Every four minutes, for a total of six sets, complete: 60/40kg Front Squats x 10 reps 400 Meter Run Weight must be taken from the ground – no racks.
