Workout of the Day

Strength

A – Front squat

Set 1 – 3 reps
Set 2 – 2 reps
Set 3 – 1 rep
Set 4 – 3 reps
Set 5 – 2 reps
Set 6 – 1 rep

Set 7 – Max Reps @ bodyweight for males/.75 x bodyweight for females

Level 1 @.75 bodyweight for males/.50 bodyweight for females

Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

loading of Sets: Set 3 @85-90% of 1rm, drop back for 4 & 5 Set 6 @95-100%

WOD

B – Three rounds for time of:
30 Walking Lunges
30 Anchored Sit-Ups
400 Meter Run
