Crossfit dublin bootcamp:
We are offering a special deal to the family and friends of current crossfit Dublin members to an once off introduction price of a €100 for 12 boot camp sessions.This is currently running at €145 for the 12. Next Fundamentals class:
The next fundamentals sessions will start up on May 31st th at 7:30 pm. This class runs Tues and Thurs week 1 and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday week 2.

Strength:
A1 Front squat 3 or 5rm rest 90 secs x 4
A2 wtd pull ups 3-4 reps rest 90 secs x 4
or
pull up progression

Met Con:
5 rounds
10 swings
10 CTB pull ups
30 double unders
