Next Fundamentals class:
The next fundamentals sessions will start up on june the 7th at 7:30 pm. This class runs Tues and Thurs week 1 and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday week 2.

Met Con:
21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift 100/60kg
Handstand push-ups

We will be partnering up on this so we can spot each other , Partner A will go while partner B counts and checks for correct range on each rep.Then swap roles
