Guys please remember your physical limits and stay with in them we all have some  , don’t  sacrifice technique for  intensity or anything for that matter. So keep the weight and reps at a place where you can up keep good movement so when you crank up the intensity movement is not sacrificed.The closer you get to Rx on the daily WODs the better but concentrate on the movement rather than the time you get .You will most likely take a lot longer to finish the wod but its better that you are lifting closer to the prescribed weight .

Crossfit dublin bootcamp:
We are offering a special deal to the family and friends of current crossfit Dublin members to an once off introduction price of a €100 for 12 boot camp sessions.This is currently running at €145 for the 12. Next Fundamentals class:
The next fundamentals sessions will start up on june the 7th at 7:30 pm. This class runs Tues and Thurs week 1 and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday week 2.There are 2 spaces left
