Crossfit the Sport/Advanced class
Crossfit as a sport needs to be treated a bit differently than Crossfit for health and fitness. You must perfect all of the skills, and become very efficient at them. You need to be very strong and have a great ability in all three energy systems. To recover from the volume of training necessary to succeed, your sleep, stress, and nutrition have to be dialed. We’ll be starting the 2012 training season soon, and I’ll be releasing details shortly of the advanced class which will be for people who are interested in taking on the games next year and making crossfit there sport.
