3 muscle up
6 Deadlift 120/80kg
9 Kb swings 32/24kg
12 box jumps 24″/20″

Rest 3 mins b/t sets

RX Muscle up standard
rings must be turned out at bottom
rings to be placed 1 ft above reach

BURPEE DAY, i will be carrying out all of the burpee’s today
I/We raised €900.00 therefore as promised i will do 1 burpee for every euro
