Next Fundamentals class:
The next fundamentals sessions will start up on tuesday the 19th at 7:30pm. This class runs Tues and Thurs week 1 and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday week 2.

August road trip:
Carlingfort lake throw down

CrossFitters,  we  will gather around a campfire and tell silly stories about our past, our present and best of all what we have accomplished in the gym. This year’s throw down is scheduled for Friday5, through Sunday 8/21.Already 20 names down for the trip , but its very one sided to the female side of the gym. so come on lads get involved other wise i dont know what will happen if its just me a maddog!!!
