Next Fundamentals class:
The next fundamentals sessions will start up on tuesday the 2nd at 7:30pm. This class runs Tues and Thurs week 1 and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday week 2.

Fridays 6.30pm is off
Saturday closed
Sunday Closed
Monday Closed

A1 Deadlift x4 (5 tough touch and go – go heavier per set while maintain perfect) – rest 20 secs
A2 Ring dips x4 12-15 reps – rest 3 mins.

15 pull ups
