Saturdays session was awsome , the level of intensity was right up where it needed to be . prowlers where fun at the end. Lots of big cheering from everyone.

Next Fundamentals class:
The next fundamentals sessions will start up on tuesday the 8th at 7:30pm. This class runs Tues and Thurs week 1 and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday week 2.

New crossfit dublin video:
This week Gav kilduff will be in to take film for our new “what is crossfit , who are we video”.So dont be camera shy and make sure your looking your best.You will be famous in the crossfit world after this!!!
