CrossFit Kids Dublin would like to invite YOU to our FREE TRIAL SATURDAY on Saturday October 1st.
Our class will start with enrollment at 10:15. We will kick-start our class at 10:30 and it will run for 30 minutes. Parents are welcome and encouraged to watch to understand the CrossFit Kids philosophy. At the end of class at 11:00, we will have quiet time for 15mins and Niamh will speak for a few minutes about CrossFit Kids and answer any questions you may have to ask.
