Next Fundamentals class:
The next fundamentals sessions will start up on tuesday the 18th of october at 7:30pm. This class runs Tues and Thurs week 1 and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday week 2.*sold out*

Crossfit dublin swim session
Crossfit swim will be starting in the next 2 weeks, we have ten names so we are ready to get it started .Crossfit swim will be starting every 4 weeks so if you miss it this time you can jump in after the first 4 week cycle.

B1 Barbell step ups 12-15 each leg x 3 rest 60secs b/t legs
