We would like to invite every one from crossfit dublin to join us in the first workout at our new unit on sir john rogersons quay this Saturday.Even if your not transferring over to town you are still welcome to come along and bless the place with its first WOD.And what better way  to start with than “Fight gone bad”.We will run heats made up of 5 athletes every 20 mins from 10am till 1pm.There will be heat lists on the white board in the gym so please pick a time that suits and write your name up.If you just want to come check the place out then please do so and bring anyone you like to cheer on the folks in the workout.

Congrats to michael for competing the crossfit Swedish open on the weekend.Got off to a average start with the first workout which left him in 80th postion out of 200 but managed to climb back 15th overall and made the final workout on the sunday  with some of the top doggs in the sport.
