A.German Volume Front Squats: 10 UNBROKEN Reps, 10 Sets, 60 Sec rest between
50% of 1RM, DO NOT CHANGE LOADS. If done correctly, you should start dropping reps by sets 6 or 7.
OR
Advanced athletes: 7 Sets of 7 Reps @ 41X1; 2 Min Rest between sets @ 70-75% of 1RM

Conditioning:
3 min cal
30 sec rest
2 min burpee
30 sec rest
1 min double unders

score total reps
