Fight Gone Bad with the 101's

Reminder:
Xmas Gone bad
Saturday @ 10am will see 2 workouts take place.Later that evening we hope to see all down at smyths for a good time from 8pm on.

Saturdays Workouts
Work up to your heaviest CLEAN and JERK in 10 mins

(Xams)Fight gone bad
NB: I will have a scaled version of FGB on the day so everyone can compete

Workout of the day:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
Shuttle Run 150 Meters
4 Handstand Push-Ups
8 Thrusters (35/25)
Rest 8 minutes;

and then,
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
40 Double-Unders
15/10 Hand-Release Push-Ups
10 Pull-Ups
Rest 8 minutes;

and then,
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
20 Box Jumps (24″/18″)
15 Toes to Bar
5 Ring Dips
