There is a run tomorrow @ 8.30 as i know a few are going up. meet in the car park at Djouce at 8.30.

There will also be a 8.30 and 11.30 class

Met Con:
5 sets for run times:
10 push ups
20 Wall balls
Run 400 m @ 90%
Rest 3:00 b/t set s; (time runs only)
