Paddys day  schedule
Details for Paddys Day workout will be crossfit total .The workout will find your 1 rep max in the Squat , Deadlift and the Press.
You will add your weight lifted in all three lifts for your crosssfit total score.The gym will be open from 12am to 3pm , turn up
at your own time but dont arrive later than 2 .We want to be finished by 3.

50 Box jump, 24″/20″
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 16/24
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 20/15
50 Back extensions
50 Wall Ball shots, 10/8kg
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
