Today marks the end of our first 2011 paleo challenge , we will have a winner announced on Mondays blog. The paleo challenge workout will take place on Saturday at 10.30 sharp.You guys competing in the crossfit games the workout will be on at 9.30 on Saturday also.If you cant make the Saturday session on  both the paleo challenge or the games workout let me know and we can arrange for doing it later today  .You will not be able to these workouts after Saturday.Good luck to everyone competing in both comps.Djouce 10/5k is back on the cards this week , meet at same place at 8 oc.Therefore there will be no 8.30 class on in the morning.

Our Sunday yoga sessions will be starting this Sunday at 11am at the gym , this is open to all you CFD Crossfitters family friends or anyone interested in trying out yoga with a highly regarded teacher.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9  Deadlift 70/45kg
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps, 24″ /20″ box
