We are having our first social of the year on saturday the 16th at 4-7.It be great to see everyone come down and have some fun and (drinking) games .Maddogg is now officially the main man when it comes to the social side of our gym.If you have any ideas or request for the future then pass them on to Ian and he will put it into action.There is a invitation on the crossfitdublin fan page on facebook.
