Up side down push ups.

As you know guys i was away in Chicago over the last week , completeing my first 2 modules in my OPT level 1 .I have to say OPT is of higher order when its come to strength and conditioning coaching , but also to be a great coach you need to under stand in depth what exactly the role nutrition as to play in preformance but more importanly longevity and also the importance of lifestyle coaching.Nutrition and lifestyle coaching are the first two modules in my level 1 and to complete  there is a  practical component which consists of 20 individual clients consultations in which i  will record my observations etc.So i will offering this 10 places i have already hand picked so i am offering free personalized nutritional and lifestyle analysis for members to 10 CFM members Each person will have a 45-60 minute session with a designated CFM coach where you will have a food log to report in.  After the session there will be a three step phase from a nutritional component to achieving the proper goals.  The lifestyle component goes along with the nutritional component and we will be looking to tie in the hoolistic approach to what we do.
