Crossfit dublin bootcamp
CFD bootcamps free trails are on this week on tuesday thursday at 7.30 , Contact Ian @ to book your spot or get more information on our bootcamp.

Next Fundamentals class
The next fundmentals sessions will start up on May 17th at 7:30 pm.  This class runs Tues and Thurs week 1 and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday week 2.

Tag team
We have had a good support for our tag team from the lads but we need to get some more fit ladies involved.Can you stick your name up on the board if you down for playing on wed in the UCD league.If we get 15 it works out to 45 a head for the summer.I will organise free crossfit dublin t-shirts for all those involved .We need to have this sorted by the end of the week so we can register the team.Get on board ladies it will be good for our club.

Saturday hill run
Back on this saturday @8am is our hill run in Djouce and then on to avoca for a good feed!

Crossfit WOD:
5 rounds each for time
5 power cleans
10 push press
10 ctb pull ups
30 double unders
3 mins rest b/t rounds
