A note from member’s Steve and Briggi –
“Hey Guys, as most of you know our little Nellie has a serious condition called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. As a result she is in need of constant nursing care. In years gone by, a child like Nellie would have had to spend most of her time in the hospital to make sure she got the care she needed. Through Jack and Jill we are able to keep her home with us most of the time. She is far happier when she is here with us, and our lives are so much improved from this amazing support. We are able to be a proper family, despite this very difficult illness. We really would appreciate if you can take part in CrossFit Perpetua Dublin’s competition on Saturday the 13th of August and help us to give a little back to this wonderful charity.”
We hope to see you all there! Perpetua Competitions are where all the fun happens! Workout with people you don’t usually see at the gym, make friends and experience the true Perpetua community spirit at its best.
Did we mention there will be Broderick’s…?
