CFSL is teaming up with Pure Power Yoga (www.purepoweryoga.co.uk) run by Jo Arthur, a renowned and experienced Power Yoga teacher, who teaches at the Power Yoga Company in Parson’s Green, The Chelsea Club, The All England Club (Wimbledon) and trains a number of private high profile clients and athletes .
Power Yoga is a dynamnic and cardiovascular workout, which will improve your flexibility, core strength and balance. It is a perfect complement to your regular Crossfit workout and helps to open up and release tension/tightness in the shoulders, hips, hamstrings and glutes. Regular Power Yoga gives you a great workout, will help you avoid injury during your WOD and as an added bonus, will calm your mind too”
