Yoga for Athletes
This is not your Grandma’s yoga practice. Each class features intelligent sequencing, stable positions, good music and humor specifically designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize your body for increased athletic performance in CrossFit or other sports. These classes are open to all levels. Our yoga class will help increase your flexibility, balance, focus, breath capacity, and strength so you can perform better, experience less soreness, and reduce your risk of injury.

Similar to our yoga class this class has been specifically designed to compliment your training by focusing on stretching & mobilizing your joints, rolling, mashing your muscles, and putting your bodies in some cool poses.
Mobility helps to improve performance, reduce risk of injury and by increasing full range of motion in your weight training it has been proved to improve strength gains and muscular growth.

STRENGTH AND MOVEMENT
Strength and Movement classes are designed to help build strength in barbell lifts and bodyweight. This class is designed to help you master the foundations of movement and control. The main focus is being able to properly control and move your own bodyweight; as well as learn, strengthen and progress basic movement patterns like the squat, deadlift and press.
The purpose of this class is to help you develop strength, ease, comfort and grace in movement, along with flexibility and balance. This class is for all levels.

Our assault bike class is a 30 minute cardio class using highly effective assault bikes designed to get your sweat on! This is not your regular spin class! With programming names such as “Highway to Hell” – these classes are tough! This class is very time efficient, it is ideal for weight loss and building a stronger heart.

Open Gym is so you can work on a particular skill you want to get better at.
For those who want to improve upon strength and increasing proficiency in the Olympics style lifts. Need to have a basic understanding of the snatch, clean and jerk with a willingness to work hard!

The goal of gymnastics class is to use beginner level gymnastic training to improve flexibility, body weight strength, and body awareness.
