I first found CrossFit in San Diego, California about 7 years ago, at the grassroots of the CrossFit movement. On my journey from there, I have trained with some of the major names in CrossFit. I travelled around the states and Canada and immersed myself in CrossFit, seeking out different experiences in each and every Box.

In 2007, I decided to develop my career as a CrossFit coach. I moved to CrossFit Vancouver in Canada where I took up an apprenticeship. I completed my apprenticeship program there and also undertook their executive business diploma for an additional 12 months. Returning to Ireland in 2009, I started my tough but enjoyable journey in creating the success story that is CrossFit Dublin.

I am really looking forward to the challenges of the future, and growing this business I am so passionate about. London deserves a CrossFit facility that maintains the Integrity that CrossFit was built upon around the excellence of human movement and community-based fitness.
