  • Hey I'm Pier and I've trained at Perpetua Dublin for about four months and my experience has been incredibly positive since the very beginning. Smiley faces, relaxed environment, basically everything you need in order to work hard and have fun. In terms of results, I lost a good amount of weight, learned a lot of new movements and most important, I really feel more energized and motivated to achieve even more ambitious goals in the near future. I have to go back to Italy because of...better food and weather! and I'll definitely keep on doing CrossFit! All the coaches at Perpetua are great but my special thanks go to Greg, who walked me through the fundamentals with passion and patience.

  • Approaching my third year as a member of CrossFit Perpetua I have to say that it has been the best exercise & wellbeing environment that I have ever experienced. The standard of training is world-class, more importantly the culture & atmosphere the gym promotes is so encouraging that you realise that anyone can achieve anything.Justin Cullen

  • CrossFit was recommended to me by a friend who joined when they started to look and feel great. I thought to myself - I'd like to find out more. Truth is - I was struggling to make it to the gym for a number of reasons. My diet wasn't ideal. I felt tired. Let's be honest - your standard gyms tend to be fairly soulless places. People stick to themselves. The results were hard got and slow. My commitment was infrequent. The coaching was non existent. I had no real reason to turn up. You'd get to know someone, then they'd leave. What makes CrossFit so different is the community and the level of coaching. The community is the key piece. In what gym is the guy or girl next to you pushing and encouraging you to keep going? Yes it is tough, yes it is competitive. But guess what - so is life! The people you meet in CrossFit are just like normal people from all walks of life. People who want to make a change. People who are tired of poor results from standard gyms. It is more expensive than a standard gym but it means that it recruits people who really want good coaching and take their lifestyle choices a bit more seriously. When you see the results it has incredible value. CrossFit attracts the cream. In fact most people are leading the fields in their chosen career. You get everyone from Dentists, Doctors, Facebook/Google, Media/ad Agencies, Tech Start Ups, Restaurant Owners, Stockbrokers, etc, etc. It is literally a melting pot of great contacts. CrossFit is a great opportunity to network if you wish to do so but also a great place to make very good friends and actually wanting to work or help aid people you like and trust. I've made some incredible trust worthy friends in CrossFit at a time in my life when i thought I should be losing friends. You develop a unique bond that is akin to being back on a team. I tend to opt for a lunchtime class during work. It means it totally breaks up the day and de - stresses me. I find I return to work post endorphin rush in brilliant form and the stuff I was struggling with earlier I now take in my stride. It gives you a level of fitness that pretty much allows you to take on any challenge someone suggests, be it a road race, cycle or triathlon etc. As an employer I've seen major improvements in my staff who attend CrossFit. They are more focused, able to work harder and better and take on all challenges. s

  • "The constant challenges and the motivation in classes. The coaches are great – they are all so approachable, and very helpful. I like the format of working out in a group – there have been a few times people have cheered me on to finish a workout – it’s a great support and I don’t expect you’d find that sort of encouragement in many other gyms."

  • Why do you do crossfit? "Ultimately because it makes me happy. I used to get pains in my knees, lower back, upper back…. It’s all gone now. I find running my own business very stressful and can’t get work off my mind apart from when I’m in the gym doing a workout. It might sound silly, but I find this very relaxing." - Sam Mousawi, Local Business

  • Q. Why do you do CrossFit? "I believe in the CrossFit ideology… I like the fact it is a combination of different disciplines and that each movement is done to a standard and in a defined progression. I love how it attracts like-minded fun, fit, self-disciplined and driven athletes of all ages. I love the loud music! Oh and there’s more fit men in a CrossFit Box than in any other gym. Also helps the focus…." MK

  • Q. Favourite thing about Perpetua? I honestly joined Perpetua because I think it is the best box in London. I tried out a lot of them, and most were way closer to my home. It takes me 45mins and three trains to get there, but I still try and make it every day. The fact that there are multiple huge spaces, with top-standard equipment and facilities, a superb team of coaches and just a general feel good atmosphere goes unbeaten.

  • Q. Favourite thing about Perpetua? The conviviality – and the feeling of incredible empowerment that comes from exercising alongside a ripped, superfit 22 year old, knowing that you are both going to do the same class (albeit scaled differently) and will both be puffing, sweaty and exhilarated by the end.
