Whole Life Challenge
Wholelife challenge – January 17th 2015
On 17th January 2015 Perpetua are taking part in the worldwide Whole Life Challenge. You will notice it is called the whole LIFE challenge not the whole NUTRITION challenge. This will be a great chance for you to look at at all areas of your life and see where you can make changes to live a happier and more efficient life with the support of your piers and coaches. The areas we will look at the most will be exercise, nutrition, mobility, rest and recovery, external stresses and managing your day to day .
The Whole Life Challenge focuses you on the key areas of your life that produce real, life long changes. The Whole Life Challenge works by identifying the areas that almost everyone wants to change, and then making a daily game out of creating new habits in each of those areas. The game is designed around the five key areas that every person can identify with. Relying on their more than forty years of combined personal coaching experience, the founders created a system of play focused on implementing new habits in each of the five key areas. By taking part in this challenge along with other Perpetua members you’ll create new healthy habits that last long after it ends. It will be good for us to do it together as a gym as you can keep track of each others results and it helps keep the motivation going which we all know can be hard on our own.
We decided to go with the Whole Life Challenge programme as they provide masses of resources and the testimonials of this programme are fantastic. Check out their website to find out more about what it involves.
We will meet on Saturday the 10th January 2015 where will be joined by some experts in the areas above to set us off with the right frame of minds. This challenge is not about perfection but progress.
You can sign up here https://www.wholelifechallenge.com/ and choose Perpetua as your team. Your coaches will be happy to discuss with you the reasons you could benefit from a challenge like this.
This challenge will be a perfect way to kick start the new year with healthy habits and get rid of those extra Christmas pounds.
