Back Squat
5×5 reps
then
1 set max reps at 80% set 5 no tempo
Rest 2mins between sets

3 sets:
Romanian Deadlifts x 8-10 reps @30×1
Banded X walks – 10 squats, lateral step 5 metres L/R, 10 squats
Rest 2 mins between sets

Core wars
3 sets:
30 secs V ups
30 secs sit ups
30 secs arch hold
30 secs rest

WEDNESDAY 1st

Press
5×5 reps
1 set max reps at 80% set 5 no tempo
Rest 2mins between sets

HSPU tutorial

20min EMOM
2+ HSPU*
or
1 wall climb + 5 Seated DB press

*pick a number (2 reps or more) that you can hang onto for 20mins
