Wednesday

Five Sets:
Deadlift x 5 reps @3111
Rest 60 seconds
KB Swings x 15 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Ring Push Ups 10-20 reps or HSPU x 5-10 reps
Rest 60 seconds
MAX Double Unders x 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
