B) EMOM X 8MINS, COMPLETE:
SNATCH DEADLIFT X 5 REPS (NO TnG) @ 60% OF BEST DEADLIFT

C) SNATCH : 5 SETS OF 3 REPS @ 50-60% OF 1RM SNATCH

D) SNATCH GRIP PUSH PRESS + OH SQUAT 5 SETS X 3+1
