A) 4 SETS OF:
2 PUSH PRESS + 2 JERK BEHIND THE NECK + 2 PRESS BEHIND THE NECK IN SPLIT POSITION
(BARBELL STARTS FROM THE FLOOR)

B) EVERY 90 SEC FOR 8 SETS, PERFORM THE FOLLOWING COMPLEX:
POWER CLEAN + FRONT SQUAT + CLEAN + JERK (HOLD SPLIT FOR 3 SEC)

C) 5 SETS OF 5 REPS:
FLAT FOOTED HANG SNATCH HIGH PULL

D) 5 SETS OF 5 REPS:
FRONT SQUAT @ 75% OF BEST FRONT SQUAT

ACCESSORIES

2 SETS OF:
A1) BENT ROW X 10 REPS
A2) MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS X 20 REPS
