DEFICIT 3 POSITION CLEAN (OFF THE FLOOR, BELOW THE KNEE, HANG)

C) EVERY 90 SEC, PERFORM:
1 CLEAN + 2 JERK HEAVES + 3 POWER JERK

D) 5 SETS OF 3 REPS OF :
SNATCH BALANCE
