B) EMOM X 5 MINS, COMPLETE:
SOTS PRESS X 5 REPS

C) IN 8 SETS, BUILD TO A HEAVY SNATCH FOR THE DAY

D) 3 SETS OF 2 REPS OF:
2 HIGH HANG CLEAN + 2 1 ¼ FRONT SQUAT + 2 SPLIT JERK

E) IN 8 SETS, BUILD TO A HEAVY CLEAN AND JERK FOR THE DAY
