POWER CLEAN + FRONT SQUAT + CLEAN ( HOLD BOTTOM OF THE FRONT SQUAT FOR 2 SEC)

C) PUSH PRESS + JERK BEHIND THE NECK + SPLIT JERK ( HOLD SPLIT FOR 5SEC)

D) 5 SETS X 3 REPS OF: JERK DIP SQUAT @ 100 – 110 % OF 1RM JERK
